Group Programs
A different kind of container. Built for people who are ready to do the work in the presence of others who are doing it too.
Why Group Work
There is something your body will do in a room of other people doing the work that it will not do alone. Part of you has been carrying what you carry privately for so long that privacy itself has become part of the weight. When you sit with others who are not performing, who are not fixing, who are not looking away, something in you exhales that has not exhaled in years.
Group work is not diluted individual work. It is a different container holding a different medicine. Private sessions reach what only quiet can reach. Group sessions reach what only witness can reach. Both are needed. Neither replaces the other.
What surfaces in a group does not surface because the group pushed for it. It surfaces because the body, finally in the presence of others who are being honest, stops keeping its own honesty hidden. That is the mechanism. That is also the reason these programs are small, held carefully, and never turned into workshops where participants become audience.
These programs are for people who are done carrying alone and are ready to do the work in the company of others who are carrying too.
The next group program is being formed.
The first cohort is being built slowly, on purpose. Small group. Limited seats. A container that is being constructed to hold what it is being asked to hold, not scaled to fill a calendar.
What you can expect when it opens: an eight-week structure, one weekly meeting held over secure video, practices you do between sessions in your own body, a private space for the cohort that is not social media, and the direct involvement of the practitioner who wrote the work you came here for.
If you want to be in the first cohort, put your name on the list below. You will hear from us before anyone else, and you will hear with enough notice to decide honestly whether the timing is right for you.
Not ready to wait? Start the work now through private sessions, or understand the methodology through the book.
