What to Expect
You have been reading about this work, or listening to someone describe it, or watching from a respectful distance trying to decide whether it is real. A workshop gives your body a chance to answer that question for you.
Workshops and retreats are immersive and experiential. They do not require enrollment in the full CPH program. They are not introductions to a sales funnel. They are complete experiences in their own right, built so that a participant walks in carrying one thing and walks out knowing their body differently, whether they ever come back or not.
What happens inside depends on the offering. What does not change: the register is honest, the pace is human, and the practitioner will not be performing expertise at you. You will be invited into the work, held while you do it, and trusted to know when you are done.

Formats under development include one-day in-person intensives, weekend retreats in held spaces outside the city, and shorter online workshops built around specific chapters of Sacred Trance.
When the first offering opens, you will hear what it is, where it is, what it costs, and what it is asking of you, with enough notice to decide honestly.
