These policies are being finalized with the guidance of a Canadian-licensed legal professional. The completed Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will be published here before the first client session or student enrollment opens.
In the Interim
The following commitments are in effect:
Your personal information (name, email, intake form responses, booking data) is collected only for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. It is not sold, shared, or provided to any third party for marketing purposes. Email addresses collected through the newsletter signup are used exclusively for newsletter delivery and program announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Session content is confidential. What you share in a private session stays in that session, except where disclosure is required by law (harm to self or others, court order, or mandatory reporting obligations).
Hypnosis is not therapy. It is not medical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Referral to appropriate professionals is made when indicated. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
